An Autocad model was created to ensure correct and easy assembly.

Laser cut Parts

All parts were laser cut from 3/8" and 3/16" thick stainless steel.

Fish Tree

 

oRIGINAL ARTWORK

Customer supplied orginal artwork which was scanned and converted to a vector file. The concept was a tree comprised of fish swimming towards the sun.

Cad file

A cad file had to be created which would allow the piece to be laser cut from a single piece of 1/16" copper while maintaining the artists orginal design.

Customer supplied artwork was scanned and converted to a vector file. The concept is a grid of the city streets.

The intricate art work had to pass customer inspection before proceeding to the cutting stage.

Indiana Fan, laser cut the main body of this piece from 1/4" aluminum as well as the corner panels from 1/8" copper and bronze.
