Freight Policy

Indiana Fan uses United Parcel Ground service for all shipping which fits UPS criteria. Please contact will call department at 1-800-879-5416 for expedited shipping such as next day air. Any products too large for UPS (80 lbs or greater) will ship common carrier. Indiana Fan will select a common carrier if one is not specified and will contact you with shipping costs before order is processed.

 

Shipments cannot be sent to post office boxes.

 

Most items listed on the web site are stock items and ship the same day of the order (M-F). However, some items are special order and can take up to four weeks to ship. Indiana Fan will notify its customers immediately of any products out of stock or not shipping the same day. Tracking numbers are available by request at service@indiana-fan.net. Please give your order number as shown on your receipt and your e-mail address.

 

Return Policy

Any item returned to Indiana Fan must have prior authorization. Some items require a return merchandise authorization form (RMA) before returning. Please contact our will call department at service@indiana-fan.net describing the nature of the return. Include your e-mail address, phone number and order number as shown on your original e-mail confirmation. We need this information to process your return. All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase date. Indiana Fan cannot accept any products that have been damaged, missing manufacturers documentation or packing materials and is not in original condition. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the packing slip. All items are subject to a 20%-40% restocking fee. Belts Are Non-Refundable.

 

Damaged Freight

All items should be inspected prior to signing the freight companies receiver. Customers should refuse to accept the shipment if any items are found damaged. Once the shipment is accepted it becomes your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company. If any items are found missing, inspect the packaging for any damage to the box and refuse shipment. If packaging is found undamaged and the contents do not match the packing slip, contact Indiana Fan for a replacement.

 

Privacy & Security

Indiana Fan is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. All information collected through our web site is held confidential and is not shared, sold or published in any way. Indiana Fan secures personal information (such as credit card numbers) through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

 

Warranties

Each product is covered under its own manufacturers warranty and is subject to their policies and procedures. All warranties are handled through the original equipment manufacturer. Defective merchandise can be returned to Indiana Fan for replacement or a refund following the above Return Policies.
