Condenser type propellers utilize square pressure-type blades required for most condenser applications.
The 3-blade configuration is normally used in low pressure applications. 4- and 5- blade configurations are suited for higher static pressures.

TECHNICAL TIP:
Did you know you can replace a 3-blade condenser fan with a 4- or 5-blade fan? If you do this choose a replacement that matches the CFM required as nearly as possible and ensure the brake HP required does not exceed the nameplate rating of the motor. |
